Problem Statement

The challenge addressed

Manual review of radiographic images for density variations, porosity, and inclusions is the slowest step in multi-method NDT analysis and subject to reviewer fatigue.

Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Processes Digital Radiography, Computed Radiography, and digitized film images using density analysis, pattern recognition, inclusion detection, and porosity mapping algorithms. Identifies volumetric indications through density contrast analysis. Maps porosity clusters and determines if they fall within code-acceptable tolerance limits.
