Fees are set by scope, never by decision volume.
Know what you will pay before work begins. The Nxgyle fee covers the processes you select and the connections to your systems. Exported workers carry no fee per decision and no runtime license; model usage and hosting are costs in your own operating budget.
Compare the three ways to engage us.
Your fee depends on the processes you select and the connections to your systems, so a busier month never changes it. Managed Delivery is an optional extra. Updates are agreed as your requirements change, and your team runs the workers day to day — you hold the source.
Scoped delivery
The main engagement covers design, test runs and delivery of the workers you select. The fee reflects which processes you include and which of your systems they connect to. Both are settled at the outset, and decision volume never changes the fee.
Managed Delivery on request
Support you can add after delivery; the workers never require it. Upgrades and changes can sit with Nxgyle; daily operation stays with your IT team. Every delivery includes automated tests, and operating guides and monitoring setup can be added.
Updates when you decide
Order a regenerated worker whenever your rules or process change; no renewal date sets the timing. With the optional upgrade feature, changes your IT team made to the code are kept, with conflicts marked for review.
Your scope sets the price, so none is listed.
Process complexity, the connections to your systems and the duties each side takes on shape the fee. Set them out in a scoping review and you receive a proposal for your organization.
Business applications represented in the published industry catalog.
Defined workflow records across the published enterprise applications.
Catalog coverage across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics, automotive and more.
Counts reflect published catalog records, not customer deployments or measured business results. Each digital worker runs a defined business workflow under configured rules and approvals. Nx·Studio exports its source code, which your organization then operates and maintains.
Three Nxgyle charges to cross off.
Your IT team can check each of the three in the software you receive, on machines you control.
No fee per decision
Your workers can handle more cases each month with no Nxgyle fee attached. Delivery and optional support are priced as separate scopes. Model usage and hosting still grow with volume, so budget them as operating costs.

You receive the complete software, ready for your IT team to deploy where you choose. Running it requires no key, no activation and no subscription. Hosting, access credentials and maintenance stay with your team.

Delivered workers never open a connection to Nxgyle, so we have no usage to measure and no switch to turn off. Each delivery includes a signed inventory of everything inside the software (a signed bill of materials), which your IT team can verify offline.

Where cost per case comes from.
Wherever a business rule can be written down, such as an approval limit or a matching tolerance, it runs as a rule-based step with zero model charges. Nothing is discounted; no model is called. Each design option also shows an AI-estimated monthly running cost and the team hours it would free up. Options can then be weighed against each other before any build starts. Payback is estimated once, at the planning step, not per design. Treat all three as planning inputs, not guaranteed outcomes.
Where a step genuinely needs AI judgment, it runs on the AI model service you select, including models hosted on your own servers. Your IT team can also cap the steps in a run and limit how long a run may take; both are optional. That usage is invoiced by the model service itself, at the rates you negotiated; Nxgyle adds no charge on top. Where the same decisions repeat all day, our Cognitive Engine can settle proven routine cases without any model involved. The engine stands apart from Nx·Studio workers and connects to your systems through its own Studio.
Instead of a savings percentage, this page explains the mechanics, which lets your finance team test them against your own volumes before committing budget.
Nxgyle is paid for delivery, not for usage. A metered vendor gains when your reliance grows; our fee structure rewards your independence instead. Support after delivery stays optional.

This list carries no amounts: your scope determines them, and a sample figure could mislead your evaluation.
If we end the engagement, do the workers keep running?
Yes. Nothing in an exported worker calls on Nxgyle. It carries none of our runtime code, checks no license and meters nothing, so it keeps running after the engagement ends. Your IT team holds the software and handles hosting, access and maintenance. Include the signed bill of materials in your continuity planning.
Review the export evidenceIf there is no meter, what are we buying?
A scoped engagement: design, test runs and delivery of the workers you select. There is no fee per decision and no runtime license. Written rules run as rule-based steps that call no model, and any AI judgment still needed uses your own model service accounts. Every design shows an estimated monthly running cost before you build.
How running costs build upCan we get a figure before scoping?
Not a meaningful one. The fee depends on the processes you select and the systems they touch, so a figure without your scope would mislead. Our claims policy covers pricing too: no number appears unless we can support it. A scoping review gives you a number tied to your scope.
Arrange a scoping reviewHow do costs change as volume grows?
Nxgyle fees stay as agreed, however many cases your workers handle. Model usage and hosting bills do grow with volume. New delivery or support work is priced separately when you request it. Plan cost per case from each design's estimate and what test runs actually spent, then confirm it with live volumes.
Who maintains the workers after delivery?
Your choice. Your IT team can maintain the delivered software, or you can bring in Nxgyle through Managed Delivery; the workers never require it. Every delivery includes automated tests, and operating guides and monitoring setup can be added. Agree who owns releases and support before production use.
What is handed over at the end?
Everything generated for your workers: the software with its blueprints and automated tests. Workers with review points add the reviewer app, and your IT team can select deployment files too. It runs in the hosting environment you choose, on the model services you select, and it needs neither a license key nor anything from Nxgyle at run time.
