Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Numerical examples are scenario inputs or illustrative outputs, not validated performance results. Applies engineering formulas for 8 material categories (Foundation, Structural, Walls, Flooring, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Finishing), calculates waste factors based on material type and installation complexity (5-15%), converts between units (metric, imperial), and generates 127+ material line items with calculation breakdowns. Tools: Formula Engine, Waste Calculator, Unit Converter.
