Illustrative workflow design. Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. ## Solution Acts as the master coordinator managing multi-agent dependencies. Validates input legislative alerts, creates execution plans with proper dependency ordering, delegates tasks to specialist agents, coordinates 3-4 parallel agent executions simultaneously, synthesizes results from all agents, and prepares consolidated recommendations for human review. Uses `delegate_to_agent` and `request_human_approval` tools to maintain workflow integrity while enabling autonomous operation within defined constraints.
