Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Applies **multi-objective optimization** for carbon reduction with tool calls to calculation engines. Evaluates MateriIQ EcoConcrete/MateriIQ EcoCite low-carbon alternatives, quantifies CO2 savings per substitution, and generates carbon reduction pathways. Tracks progress against project net-zero targets with variance analysis.
