Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Identifies optimization opportunities across categories: energy efficiency, renewable procurement, logistics optimization, supplier engagement, process improvement, and circular economy. Quantifies emission reduction potential (tCO2e) and cost impact (savings or investment) for each opportunity. Evaluates implementation effort and payback period. Ranks opportunities using multi-criteria optimization balancing carbon impact, cost, and feasibility. Generates implementation roadmaps with dependencies and milestones.
