Problem Statement

The challenge addressed

GHG Protocol calculations require correct scope categorization, emission factor selection, and uncertainty quantification. Errors result in non-compliant reporting and reputational risk.

Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Calculates emissions across all GHG Protocol scopes: Scope 1 (stationary combustion, mobile sources, process emissions, fugitive emissions), Scope 2 (location-based and market-based electricity, heating/cooling), and Scope 3 (15 categories from purchased goods through investments). Applies appropriate emission factors from regulatory databases (DEFRA, EPA, ecoinvent). Quantifies uncertainty ranges using Monte Carlo simulation. Generates audit-ready calculation documentation.
