Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. The Action Planner generates immediate containment actions (isolate affected units, stop production), designs corrective actions targeting root cause, specifies resource requirements (parts, tools, personnel with required skills), estimates implementation time and cost, assesses risk level and success probability, creates sequenced action plans with dependencies, and generates validation criteria to confirm resolution effectiveness.
