Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. The Orchestrator Agent implements adaptive orchestration with configurable parallelism (up to 3 concurrent agents), manages task queues with priority assignment, facilitates inter-agent communication via standardized message protocols, handles conflict resolution when agents produce contradictory findings, and ensures all agents complete within timeout constraints while tracking token usage and costs per agent.
