Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Numerical examples are scenario inputs or illustrative outputs, not validated performance results. Implements K-Means++ clustering with k=4 segments across energy intensity, carbon emissions, and certification status dimensions. Classifies properties into Leaders (high performance), Improvers (trending positive), At-Risk (requiring intervention), and Laggards (critical attention). Identifies regional patterns (e.g., 'Utrecht properties outperforming Amsterdam by 12%') and correlates performance with building age and construction type.
