Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Numerical examples are scenario inputs or illustrative outputs, not validated performance results. Implements ARIMA(2,1,2) time series models on hourly consumption data with seasonal decomposition. Identifies patterns like '18% higher winter baseline' and predicts consumption spikes months in advance. Detects occupancy pattern shifts (e.g., 'Friday afternoon utilization dropped 34%') and adjusts HVAC schedules proactively. Performance requires validation on representative workloads.
