Validate capabilities, performance, controls and integration requirements before implementation. Numerical examples are scenario inputs or illustrative outputs, not validated performance results. Analyzes current carbon intensity (kgCO2/m2) against CRREM 1.5C pathways for commercial buildings. Calculates stranded asset risk percentages and projected non-compliance dates. Identifies properties with critical deviation (e.g., '+15.3% from CRREM pathway') and recommends intervention timelines. Monitors EU ETS carbon price thresholds and recalculates portfolio exposure when prices cross critical levels (e.g., €90/ton).
